HANDYMAN:
Hourly Rate: $75.00
Minimum Call out Fee: $150.00
Materials are billed out to you at cost.
Cleaning:
Local Residential Hourly Rate: $50.00
After hours and out of town hourly rate: $50.00 to $75.00
Move Out Cleans Start at $50.00/hour
Cleaning supplies are included in the hourly rate. Restroom and kitchen supplies are billed out as per contracted price.
Airbnb cleaning (2 hour minimum):
Over 48 hour notice: $50.00/hr
Under 48 hour notice: $85.00/hr
Holidays: $85.00/hr
Laundry Service: $20 per load or $2.50/pound
Billing:
We bill out per visit. All customers are COD unless alternative arrangements are made prior to the service.
Monthly billing available for weekly residential, commercial and Airbnb's.
